Terms and Conditions for Ridge and Hollow, LLC Landscape Maintenance Services

Effective Date: Effective on acceptance of the written estimate or “instant quote”

1. Agreement Overview: These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Ridge and Hollow, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to clients (“Client,” "you," or "your") seeking landscape services (“Services”) from the Company. By requesting or engaging in the services provided by Ridge and Hollow, LLC, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided: Ridge and Hollow, LLC provides landscape maintenance services which may include, but are not limited to:

Lawn care (mowing, fertilization, aeration, etc.) Seasonal Mowing covers up to 28 mowing services. Any additional mowings will be charged a flat rate per mowing (The $159.month package would be $57 per additional mowing needed, the $199.month package would be $71 per additional mowing needed, and the $249.month package would be $89 per additional mowing needed.)
Tree and shrub care
Mulching, edging, and trimming
Iandscape design and installation
Seasonal clean-ups
landscape lighting installation

Services will be provided as agreed upon in the scope of work provided to the Client. The specific services and frequency will be discussed and agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of work.

3. Service Agreements: Before any services begin, an estimate will be created for the Client. This Agreement outlines the services, frequency, and costs for the requested maintenance. All services will be rendered according to the specifications of this Service Agreement unless both parties agree to changes in writing.

4. Payment Terms: The Client agrees to pay for the services provided in accordance with the pricing outlined in the Service Agreement. Payment terms are as follows:

Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified.
Late payments will incur a 3% late fee, or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is greater, will automatically be applied on the 15th day past the due date for invoices that remain unpaid. Additionally 3% fee(s) will be applied again on the 30th and 60th days on any unpaid invoices.
Payments can be made via Zelle, Credit/Debit card, or mailed check.
- Zelle Payments can be made to 724-400-3996.
- If paying by Credit/Debit card, PLEASE NOTE additional processing fees will be applied.
- Checks can be mailed to PO Box 69, Sarver, Pa 16055

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

Clients may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 15 days' notice before the scheduled service.
A cancellation fee may apply if the required notice period is not met.
Ridge and Hollow, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services in the event of inclement weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Access to Property: The Client agrees to provide the Company with unobstructed access to the property where services are to be performed. If the Company cannot access the property as needed, rescheduling may be required, and additional charges may apply.

7. Client Responsibilities: The Client is responsible for:

Ensuring that pets, vehicles, and personal property are removed or secured before services are performed.
Providing the Company with accurate information regarding the scope of work and any specific requirements or preferences related to the landscape.
Notifying the Company of any potential hazards, such as underground utilities, prior to service.

8. Limitation of Liability: Ridge and Hollow, LLC will take reasonable care in providing services. However, the Company shall not be liable for any damage to property, plants, or landscaping that occurs due to pre-existing conditions or factors beyond the Company's control, such as weather conditions, pests, or improper irrigation.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Ridge and Hollow, LLC harmless for any damages, injuries, or losses that occur on the property during the course of providing services unless caused by the Company's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Warranty: The Company does not provide a warranty on products or services.

10. Termination of Services: Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. If the Client terminates the service agreement prior to completion, the Client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. If Ridge and Hollow, LLC terminates the agreement, the Client will only be responsible for services completed up to the termination date.

11. Privacy and Confidentiality: Ridge and Hollow, LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of its Clients. We will not disclose any personal information collected from the Client to third parties unless required by law or necessary to fulfill the services outlined in this Agreement.

12. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

13. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be settled through binding arbitration in the County and State of the property being serviced.

14. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Ridge and Hollow, LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Clients in writing, and continued use of the services will indicate acceptance of the modified terms.

15. Entire Agreement :This Agreement, together with any Service Agreements or written proposals, constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and Ridge and Hollow, LLC. Any amendments or additions to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

By signing the Service Agreement or requesting services from Ridge and Hollow, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
